The group’s core activity is development consultancy and procurement — working with governments, international organisations and private sector clients on architecture, engineering, infrastructure and institutional development projects across the Middle East and East Africa. This is a business built on delivery: on turning institutional mandates into completed projects in places where most international firms are not equipped to operate.
Around this core, the group has developed complementary capabilities in media and cultural strategy, led by Omar Rashid, and in visual intelligence and design-driven analysis, led by Nuri Rashid. His sons Omar and Nuri lead their respective divisions with full operational responsibility.
