The Scuola di Dialogo Fiorentina is a Florence-based initiative focused on intercultural education and structured dialogue between communities. Cadini Group provided the operational leadership and strategic direction for the programme, coordinating across local institutions, civil society organisations and international partners to establish a coherent framework for its activities.
The initiative reflects a dimension of the group’s work that is distinct from its infrastructure and procurement operations but equally central to its identity: the belief that sustainable development — whether in Florence or Baghdad — depends on building the institutional and social conditions for productive engagement across cultural and political difference. Omar Rashid led the group’s involvement, integrating the project into the broader portfolio of cultural and civic work managed through the Media & Cultural Strategy division.
