Cadini Abbigliamento is a historic Italian fashion label and one of the group’s flagship engagements in the Italian fashion sector. Cadini Group provided strategic advisory and operational support focused on three areas: identity consolidation and brand narrative, supply chain alignment and production structuring, and preparation for international distribution and institutional collaboration.

The project required the group to bring the same discipline it applies to infrastructure and development contracts — clear objectives, structured delivery, measurable outcomes — to a creative and commercial context.
